We read every message. Whether you have a bug report, a correction to an article, a licensing question, or feedback on a tool, use the email address below to reach us directly. Response time is typically within two business days.

What to include in your message

Bug reports

• The name of the tool or page where the bug occurred
• A brief description of what you expected and what happened instead
• Browser and operating system (e.g., Chrome 121 on macOS 14)
• A screenshot if possible — but never attach your font file unless we explicitly ask, and even then only if you are comfortable sharing it

Article corrections

• The URL of the article
• The exact text that is incorrect
• The correction, ideally with a source we can verify

Corrections that are verifiable are made within 5 business days, with a note in the article explaining the change. See the Editorial Policy for details.

Licensing questions

• The name of the font or the URL of its detail page
• What you intend to use the font for (web, print, app, embedded in a product)
• If the question is about redistribution, say so explicitly

Feature requests

We welcome feature requests. Describe what you need to accomplish and how the current tools fall short. We cannot promise to build every request, but we read all of them and they inform the roadmap.

What we do not do

• We do not provide custom font design, licensing, or legal advice
• We do not identify fonts from images — our font identifier reads font files only
• We do not generate or edit font files beyond standard format conversion
• We do not provide technical support for third-party software

When you email us, we receive your email address and message content. We use this only to respond to your message and do not share it with third parties. See the Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.

Responsible disclosure

If you have identified a security vulnerability in OmniFonts, please disclose it privately to the address above before public disclosure. Include enough detail to reproduce the issue. We will respond within two business days and coordinate a fix and disclosure timeline with you.
